We host Marion AT GSW on Fri. night. Due to the larger venue each school will have 500 tickets to sell at their schools. Tickets are $10 and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Sales will end at noon on Friday. This will also be Sr. Night for Basketball and Cheer.
Tickets for tomorrow night's basketball games at Taylor Co. will be sold at the gate for $7. There will be 100 tickets available for Schley County fans. The visiting gate is on the left.

Wrestling defeated ELCA and now wrestles Screven Co. for a chance to wrestle at the state meet next weekend.
Schley County High School will be offering the school day ACT on March 30, 2021. Students in grades 10, 11, and 12 who wish to take the test may sign up on the list on Mrs. Hernandez's door. The cost is $45.00. You may pay with cash, money order, or check. Make checks out to SCHS and put ACT on the memo line. Please include a phone number on all checks.
The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, February 10, 2021.

Tickets for Friday night's game at Central-Talbotton will go on sale in the front office at 8:00 am on Thursday 1/21 and will be sold during office hours until noon on Friday 1/22.
MS baseball tryouts for 7th AND 8th grades will be Wednesday 1/20 at 3:45. Only players who have turned in all paperwork will be allowed to tryout. Players must be at the rec dept fields by 3:40. We will begin promptly at 3:45 and will be finished by 5:45. Bring a mask with you.

This week has shown an increase in quarantines and isolations among our middle and high school students. While some of our students have not returned to campus due to holiday exposure, we have had new cases for contact tracing this week -- and specifically today -- that will place us above the limits established in our COVID -19 Plan.
We will be open for in-person instruction tomorrow at both the elementary and middle/ high school but beginning January 19th, the middle/ high school will operate through distance learning for the week. The elementary school will continue on Tuesday, January 19th with in-person instruction. Lunches for middle/ high students will be sent home on Friday for Tuesday’s meal. Meals for the rest of week will be delivered at designated stops on Wednesday. Pick up locations will be posted.
Thank you for your continued support in our efforts to mitigate this virus. We will return to in-person learning at the middle/high school as soon as it is safe to do so.

The home basketball game vs. Greenville scheduled for tomorrow 1/12 has been cancelled. Instead, our varsity teams will travel to Butler to take on Taylor Co.
