prek students modeling nocturnal animals

Students in Mrs. Tondee’s Kindergarten class have been learning about nocturnal animals this week. Nocturnal animals are animals that sleep during the day and are awake at night. Students were able to demonstrate this by using puppets. Pictured in the middle, representing the moon at night is Mack Guest. Our animals, the puppy and the chicken (Gracie Jones and Kacen Lewis) are fast asleep. Our frog and cat are very active at night, (Madyson Bailey and James Snyder). The students took turns with the animal puppets and even used the sun to put those nocturnal animals to sleep
